The multi-function laser cladding equipment for hard sealing of valves is a special laser processing equipment for hardfacing of various valve seats, butterfly valve bodies and spheres. It can meet the requirements of hardfacing welding process for various valve seats and butterfly valve bodies, and adopts truss structure; The control software has modeling process modules such as constant speed spiral, synchronous swing arc, multi-layer superposition, three eccentric, ball defect, etc., and it can realize complex path machining by inputting simple parameters. The equipment is mainly composed of high-power laser, laser cladding head, coaxial powder feeding head, powder feeder and three position positioner.
Application area
It is suitable for laser cladding of hard sealing surfaces of various valve seats, butterfly valve bodies and spheres. It can be used to cladding 304/316/Fe Cr B Si and other iron base alloys, Ni55/Ni60/Inconel625 and other nickel base alloys, STL6/STL12/STL21 and other cobalt base alloys, and nickel base/iron base metal ceramic alloys.
Characteristic
1. Truss structure and multi position positioner design are adopted. All kinds of valves can be hard sealed by laser cladding in one machine.
2. The control software is equipped with modeling process modules such as constant velocity spiral, synchronous swing arc, multi-layer superposition, triple eccentric, and ball flaw.
3. Only simple parameters can be input to realize complex path machining, and the system is easy to operate.
4. The sealing surface has good strength and toughness: the structure is refined, and the strength and toughness are also taken into account. It has better wear resistance under the same hardness;
5. The cladding layer has extremely high flatness and can be directly ground.
