Laser Roughening Machine for Small Roll Roughen


The laserroughen technology is to preheat and strengthen the roll surface by using a high-energy, high repetition rate pulsed laser beam after focusing the negative defocusing light, and form a micro molten pool when the focused focus hits the roll surface. At the same time, the side blowing device applies auxiliary gas of set pressure and flow to the micro molten pool, so that the molten substances in the molten pool can be stacked to the edge of the molten pool as much as possible according to the specified requirements to form an arc boss (peak number).

 

The small pits on the surface of the laser textured steel plate are not connected, which is conducive to oil storage and capture of metal debris during the later stamping forming. The oil storage property is good, to prevent stamping scratches, and to ensure the deep drawing property of the steel plate. And the surface of the stamping parts is smooth, and the stamping oil is reduced at the same time.

 

The laserroughen morphology of the roll surface is uniform and controllable, and the smooth surface accounts for 60% of the wholeroughen surface, so that the flatness of the rolled steel plate is high, and the smoothness of the strip steel surface and the freshness after painting are improved. It increases the competitiveness of products for users, and can produce laser mirror steel.
