The knife edge laser quenching equipment is a laser surface heat treatment machine for laser quenching of the cutting edge of the tool. The traditional induction quenching improves the hardness of the cutting edge and at the same time refines the martensitic dendrites at the cutting edge, so that the cutting edge maintains good toughness. The equipment is mainly composed of high-power laser, laser quenching head, and fast clamping and positioning device.
It is suitable for quenching of various hardware tools, cutting tool edges and tool edges, especially for kitchen martensitic stainless steel edge quenching; suitable materials are carbon steel and chrome steel.
